Michael Matthews, a/k/a "All Nite Mike" lives up to his epithet and more, going all night, all day and, at times, all morning. The DJ and master of ceremonies at the Flamingo Pool, the resident DJ at Shadow Bar inside Caesars Palace, and pretty much the personality behind the microphone at everything from MTV's corporate events to Station Casinos' specialty parties, Matthews has the amazing ability to appear to be everywhere at once. "I don't think I've ever had a real job," said Matthews, talking on a cell phone over music, while simultaneously running an event for Virgin Mobile. "My job is entertainment. Ever since I won my fourth grade talent contest, I knew I wanted to be in front of people." The Delaware native has held down gigs everywhere form Disneyland to improve troupes on cruise ships but admits the daylight hours at the Flamingo keep his charismatic smile the most in shape. "I'm spoiled," he said of his job, which entails working the liquor-sponsored events such as the Bacardi Beach Bash and having colleagues such as Miss Nevada. "I work with some of the most beautiful women in the world. It's hard to concentrate.
